Terms & Conditions

The Service Provider shall not be required to provide any service, dressing assistance or other task in respect of any outfit, garment, accessory or person that falls outside the Services expressly included in the Client’s booked package. This applies to any request made by the Client, members of the bridal party, family members, guests or any other person. Any such additional service shall only be considered where it has first been expressly agreed by the Service Provider and the applicable additional fee has been paid in full through the Service Provider’s website or such other payment method as the Service Provider may specify. Until such agreement and payment have been completed, the Service Provider shall be entitled to refuse the request without liability, and no request, instruction, expectation or pressure exerted at the event shall oblige the Service Provider to perform any additional service.
