Refund Policy
Custom Storage Dress Boxes
All sales of custom storage dress boxes are final. Custom storage dress boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once an order has been placed, as each box is made to order and personalised to the Client's specifications.
The only exception to this policy is in the event of structural damage to the box that is attributable to a manufacturing defect or fault in the product itself. In such cases, the Client must notify the Service Provider in writing via email to info@silversilver.co.uk within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the box, providing photographic evidence of the damage. The Service Provider reserves the right to assess the damage and determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether the damage constitutes a manufacturing defect. Where a valid claim is accepted, the Service Provider shall offer either a replacement box or a full refund, at the Service Provider's discretion.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, transit by a third-party courier, or wear and tear shall not be considered a manufacturing defect and shall not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Cancellation & Rescheduling (by the Client)
Full payment is required to secure and reserve your booking. Once a booking is confirmed, the date is held exclusively for the Client and other enquiries for that date may be declined. For this reason, the following cancellation terms apply.
Cancellation by the Client
If the Client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the following refund schedule shall apply based on the number of weeks remaining before the event date at the time the written cancellation notice is received by the Service Provider:
(a) Cancellation more than eight (8) weeks prior to the event date Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking fee shall be non-refundable and retained by the Service Provider to cover administrative costs, lost opportunity, and reservation of the date. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be refunded to the Client within fourteen (14) business days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing by the Service Provider.
(b) Cancellation between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the event date Seventy-five percent (75%) of the total booking fee shall be non-refundable and retained by the Service Provider. The remaining twenty-five percent (25%) shall be refunded to the Client within fourteen (14) business days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing by the Service Provider.
(c) Cancellation less than four (4) weeks prior to the event date One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking fee shall be non-refundable and retained by the Service Provider. No refund shall be issued. This reflects the significant preparation undertaken, the exclusive reservation of the date, and the high likelihood that the date cannot be rebooked at short notice.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the Client via email to info@silversilver.co.uk. Cancellations shall only be deemed valid and effective upon the Client receiving written confirmation from the Service Provider that the cancellation notice has been received. Verbal cancellations, social media messages, or any other form of communication shall not constitute a valid cancellation under these Terms.
The date of cancellation shall be the date on which the written cancellation email is received by the Service Provider, not the date on which it was sent by the Client.
Rescheduling by the Client
If the Client wishes to reschedule a confirmed booking to an alternative date, the Service Provider will endeavour to accommodate the request subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must also be submitted in writing to info@silversilver.co.uk. The Service Provider reserves the right to treat a rescheduling request as a cancellation and re-booking if the alternative date cannot be agreed upon, in which case the cancellation terms set out above shall apply.
The Service Provider reserves the right to apply a rescheduling administration fee, which will be communicated to the Client at the time of the request.
Non-Attendance
If the Client fails to attend on the confirmed event date without prior written notice of cancellation, this shall be treated as a cancellation made less than four (4) weeks prior to the event date and no refund shall be issued.
